RiverPlace Cottage:
Do you need a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of
daily life in the city? Get away from it all at our cottage
nestled in the trees over-looking the Brazos River. Relax on
the deck with your ice tea and watch the canoers go by.
Accommodations include a fully furnished living area, two
bedrooms, one bath, and an all electric kitchen, with
central heat and air conditioning. Dishes and linens are
provided, as well as fresh bread, eggs, and smoked sausage.
All you need to bring are your clothes, and additional food.
In historic West, one may enjoy
Czech restaurants and bakeries as well as antique shopping.
Waco offers many find restaurants, galleries, and museums,
and Lake Whitney, where many water sports are enjoyed, is
only minutes away. You will find additional restaurants and
unique shops in the nearby town of Whitney. |

We also offer canoeing, kayaking, and exploring of Sydell's
Pottery Shop.
Rates: The cottage is available at a rate of $135.00
per night, double occupancy (plus tax). Each additional
person is $15.00 per night (plus tax).
Maximum occupancy 6 persons.
Weekly, monthly, and Winter rates available upon request.
House Rules: Check in after 2:00 P.M. Check out by
11:00 A.M.
Children under 12 require advance notice.
Smoking and ice chests outside on deck only.
No pets.
Not responsible for injuries, loss, or theft.
If you need special arrangements please let us know.
Reservation Policy: A $100.00 deposit is required to
confirm your reservation. The deposit is refundable (less a
20% cancellation fee) if cancelled more than ten days prior
to scheduled arrival. The deposit is not refunded if
cancellation is within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date
unless we are able to rent to another customer.
Two night minimum is required.
